Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a sourcing and supply company with long-term partnerships with 50+ certified manufacturers across China. This means you get factory-direct pricing with the quality assurance, documentation, and service that trading companies provide — and the reliability that factories alone often can't. We audit every supplier, test every batch, and handle all export logistics so you don't have to.

How long have you been in business?

YUXI Technology has been supplying cosmetic ingredients since 2013. Our team brings over a decade of experience in China's chemical and botanical ingredient industry.

Ordering & Samples

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  • Samples & trial orders: 1 kg
  • Commercial orders: 25 kg (one drum) for most products
  • Need less? We're flexible — tell us your requirements and we'll work out a solution.

Do you charge for samples?

Samples are available at a nominal cost (typically covering packaging and shipping). We credit the sample fee toward your first commercial order. Contact us for specific product sample pricing.

How fast can you ship samples?

Samples are typically dispatched within 3 business days via DHL or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number the same day we ship.

Can I request a custom specification or purity grade?

Yes. Many of our products are available in multiple purity grades and specifications. Contact us with your exact requirements and we'll confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours.

Documentation & Compliance

Do you provide COA, MSDS, and TDS?

Every shipment comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available upon request for all products. All documentation is provided in English.

Are your products compliant with EU and US regulations?

Our products are manufactured under GMP and ISO 9001 certified conditions. We provide full documentation to support regulatory submissions, including allergen statements and country-of-origin declarations. If you have specific regulatory requirements (e.g., REACH, FDA), let us know and we'll confirm compliance status.

Can I request third-party testing?

Yes. We regularly work with SGS and other accredited labs for independent verification. If you need testing by a specific laboratory, we can accommodate that as well.

Payment & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, etc. For established customers, we offer flexible payment terms.

What is your lead time for bulk orders?

  • In-stock items: 7–10 business days
  • Custom specifications: 15–20 business days

We confirm the timeline before you place the order, so there are no surprises.

Which shipping options do you offer?

  • Samples: DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–5 days)
  • Small orders: Air freight (5–7 days)
  • Bulk orders: Sea freight (15–35 days depending on destination)

We can also arrange shipping through your preferred forwarder.
